The Royal British Columbia Museum is situated in Victoria, B.C., Canada. Founded in 1886, it is filled with remarkable displays of Canadian history.
I love to wander through and look at the displays. I always see something I haven't spotted before. These tools are part of the logging display.

I consider myself to be primarily a nature and landscape photographer, who also enjoys creating digital art. I live on the west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island, and nature provides much of the inspiration for my craft. I am lucky to have many birds and wildlife share my neighbourhood, and I will spend many a happy hour sitting outside with my camera, capturing their antics as they come to visit my yard. The many birds and deer have become used to seeing that crazy lady sitting on the porch pointing her black box at them, and, as a result, I have been lucky to have captured many of their images as they visit unafraid.
