A tranquil scene is captured with boulders and grasses in the foreground, overlooking a body of water where a single iceberg floats. The overcast sky and hints of mist suggest a cool day, as the icebergs slowly float by, on the calm waters of Mendenhall Lake, near Juneau, Alaska.
I consider myself to be primarily a nature and landscape photographer, who also enjoys creating digital art. I live on the west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island, and nature provides much of the inspiration for my craft. I am lucky to have many birds and wildlife share my neighbourhood, and I will spend many a happy hour sitting outside with my camera, capturing their antics as they come to visit my yard.
