This romantic scene is in the walled garden of the Hatley Park Gardens on the Royal Roads University grounds just outside of the city of Victoria, B.C., on Canada's Vancouver Island.
I consider myself to be primarily a nature and landscape photographer, who also enjoys creating digital art. I live on the west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island, and nature provides much of the inspiration for my craft. I am lucky to have many birds and wildlife share my neighbourhood, and I will spend many a happy hour sitting outside with my camera, capturing their antics as they come to visit my yard.
