East Sooke Regional Park covers over 3500 acres of East Sooke, on southern Vancouver Island, on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. The park is bordered on one side by the waters of the Juan de Fuca Strait. Enjoy natural and protected coastal landscape. I consider myself to be primarily a nature and landscape photographer, who also enjoys creating digital art. I live on the west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island, and nature provides much of the inspiration for my craft. I am lucky to have many birds and wildlife share my neighbourhood, and I will spend many a happy hour sitting outside with my camera, capturing their antics as they come to visit my yard. The many birds and deer have become used to seeing that crazy lady sitting on the porch pointing her black box at them, and, as a result, I have been lucky to have captured many of their images as they visit unafraid.
