Low-hanging clouds shroud the upper part of the mountain valley of the Tracy Arm Inlet, in Alaska, creating a sense of mystery and tranquility. Below the mist, a dense green foliage covers the slopes, while the calm water reflects a hint of the gray skies overhead.
About Marilyn Wilson
I consider myself to be primarily a nature and landscape photographer, who also enjoys creating digital art. I live on the west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island, and nature provides much of the inspiration for my craft. I am lucky to have many birds and wildlife share my neighbourhood, and I will spend many a happy hour sitting outside with my camera, capturing their antics as they come to visit my yard. The many birds and deer have become used to seeing that crazy lady sitting on the porch pointing her black box at them, and, as a result, I have been lucky to have captured many of their images as they visit unafraid.
