Lots of questions are evoked when I look at this photograph. What is the child in red looking at, bending over to peer at something the adults are holding? Who is the fisherman on the ledge calling to? A lazy summer's day spent admiring the ocean.
I consider myself to be primarily a nature and landscape photographer, who also enjoys creating digital art. I live on the west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island, and nature provides much of the inspiration for my craft. I am lucky to have many birds and wildlife share my neighbourhood, and I will spend many a happy hour sitting outside with my camera, capturing their antics as they come to visit my yard.
