Artist's Description

When I travel on the British Columbia ferries, between Vancouver Island and the mainland, I always like to spend a large portion of time outside on the decks. Not only do I enjoy photographing the beautiful scenery that the ferry passes through on these trips, but I also enjoy taking photographs of the ferry itself. This photograph was on a lower outside deck. The person seen in the photograph had just come down the stairwell and was walking away. I think she gives a bit of added interest to this print.

I consider myself to be primarily a nature and landscape photographer, who also enjoys creating digital art. I live on the west coast of Canada, on the southern tip of beautiful Vancouver Island, and nature provides much of the inspiration for my craft.
